He just came up for spring break and we hung out and I had sex with him 2 times in one day. I'm scared since his age and all isn't that called rape? I'm really confused because I don't want to leave him because he took my virginity. I'm glad hes still around and calls me and everything but what should I do. A three year difference isn't all that bad but at this age apparently it is. What should I do?

Hello, my boyfriend is 21 && im 16. If you like this boy or you are in love with him id say dont listen to what people say. Yes it is rape but that doesnt mean you see it as rape because to you it probably isnt. I'd say keep following what your heart is saying & dont let people put you && him down because of the age difference because it ISNT a big deal. People make something so small into something so big!!

3 years is a big age difference when your only 15, and yes its considered statutory rape, he would be considered a sex offender.

Well, if you wanted it its not rape. however this is considered statutory rape and you technicaly could get him done for it (I dont know why you would if you like him though).

since your underage your guardian or parents can file a rape charge...it ISNT rape but the he can be convicted if it goes to court.
rape is defined as having unwanted sex if you wanted it its fine but again I stress the point your parents can press charges and it CAN go to court

Umm depends on what state you live in . AIn maryland its legal because there is age gap rules. Go to moral outrage and look up your states age of consent. For ex., in MD 15 and 18 is legal, but 15 and 19 isnt.

NO if he is 18 he can date younger than 18 AND older than 18 IN ALL STATES...if he rapes you he wil face 2 felony charges, but if you consent then he wil be in no trouble...
