okay I met this boy and we started talking on tha phone and what not. I knew from the beginng that he was younger than but he is 14 and I am 16. Is he too young? and if he is not what do I tell people that think he is?

If you like him, then who cares what other people might think? A two year age difference is not that large, and it's by no means unheard of.
