Is my boyfriend addicted to video games?

My Boyfriend Plays Video Games from the time he wakes up, till the time he goes to work...When he comes home from work he will play for hours...Then sleep for a few hours. Very rare is there a day he wont play and weekends he will even stay up till 6:30...

or even 8 in the morning just playing. He is a whole other person when he plays...a lot more aggressive. I ask him if hes addicted and I get the same answer everytime..NO! Does it mean he is addicted?

I don't know if his behavior qualifies as an addiction (I think the term is far overused these days). I do wonder why he is still your boyfriend if he spends nearly every waking moment he isn't at work playing video games. Does he say "hi" to you on the way to the bathroom?

Have you ever considered seeing someone who is a little more mature or has a better life balance?
