Is fruit water a substitute for water?

I really hate water.. so I was wondering if I could use fruit water as a substitute instead?

Are you talking about the clear water that has flavoring? If you are then yes it is a substitue for water. I drink it all the time.

There are people that say you have to drink 8 glasses of water a day, but that goes back to an old report that actually stated that you need to take in 64 oz. of fluid a day. And they meant a combo of water, soda, water in your food, etc., so enjoy your liquid however you want.

no its not a substitue for water.
its all sugar and salt
its not 8 glasses of water
its four bottles of water the regular sized ones.
if you dont like water eat a hole watermelon it only consists of water.
