Are carrots and dip healthy as a snack?

If I eat carrots and dip as a snack would it be healthy? I know the carrots will be healthy but what about the dip? Also is Diet Coke good for you?

the dip iz healthy as long as its not too fattening. diet coke is better for you than regular coke, but its not great.
