do some major calve raises each day. while your waiting in line anywhere is the best time to get them in. also as you are turning imagine your body right where you need it. flex every muscle you have in your whole body keeping everything tight. strong core and legs are key. use your arms and spotting efficiently to work with the natural inertia of your body structure. also focus on your passe...get it up there or where ever your choreographer has taught it to be but hit it strong. keep practicing over and over each day. spend as much time as you can practicing. get practice in everyday no matter how much time you have, some is better than nothing. get involved with some ballet technique classes if you are not already. ballet is the root of all good luck sister!!! shake it!!

Get a big open space, make sure there is nothing that would hurt you to fall on and just keep practicing. Also pick a spot on the wall for you to look at the whole time as you turn. Good Luck!
