Is 7 1/2'' small for a pen*s?

Okay so I was talking to this girl and she asked me how big I was and I was like 7 and a half and she started laughing and was like thats it your small and its been buggin me all day...so is that small are what and I'm been completely honest please don't answer if you intend to be an as* hole.
