Many people think that If theres a big age difference, and the mans older.theres smehitng fishy going on.
but my parents were 13 years apart before he died, and my father wasnt a prick.
It all depends on ther personality.
Is he a prick?Does he only want sex?
If not, then as long as you love each toher, theres not a problem

Put yourself in his shoes. Would you date a 13 year-old boy if you were a 17 year-old girl? It sounds like he's the creepy guy who dates girls a little too young for himself.

well this is a hard question. But in my opinion I think he just wants to take advantage of you. You are too little for him. Not to be mean but haven't you thought that he could get girls his age. If he would of done the same thing to a girl his age she would probably slap him, if in suprise. Since he sees your small with not yet of an experincelike he does he'll try to take advantage.

Hope this helps
THinK ABOUT IT, what it will cost for your future, or if your parents find out, forget about him and get someone your age because he's too big for you.
WELL MY PARENTS HELPED ME WITH THIS QUESTION AND THEY KNOW ABOUT THESE KINDS OF THINGS. HOPE YOU LISTEN.

What is wrong with a nineteen-year-old boy who dates a fourteen-year-old girl? A lot.

Same answer for a seventeen-year-old boy who dates a thirteen-year-old girl. My god, your boyfriends need to start dating someone their age. Have you even met their friends? I know I'd be embarrassed if I were caught dating someone in high school. "No one my age wants to go out with me; therefore, I'll just go after a teenage girl who would be thrilled at the idea of dating an older guy."

Please don't fall into the trap of thinking girls are more mature than boys of the same age. Girls do PHYSICALLY mature earlier than boys, but not mentally. Find someone your age and have fun with him. A four-year difference won't matter when you're twenty, but it does matter now.

I think that it's alright as long as you stick to kissing. NO FARTHUR!!
No sex, oral sex, or ''fooling around'', until you're much much much older.
I mean, I guess I would be okay if you started fooling around when you're maybe 16 or 17. But nothing else.
But that's only MY advice.

I dont believe there is anything wrong with that, depending on how far your taking this relationship. I first met my husband when I was 13 and he was 17!! =) .. We have been together ever since. Being in a relationship with an older guy has its pro's and con's, but if you do care about each other, you should be able to get through anything. One positive about being with an older man is that they have more experience in relationships and dating, so they know better on how to treat a girl...Good Luck hun!!

Im kind of in the same situation, but we are older and more mature. Im 18 and he will be 22 in Jan. I dont think 4 years is that big of a deal, but seeing as you guys are younger, it might be. =/

it's a huge deal when you're 13 and he's 17. He's almost out of high school, and you're still in middle-school range. He's had so much more experience with certain things (not all of them sexual, just living the high school life) that make it very unbalanced. Also, when he turns 18, you are very much a minor, and it's not a smart move on his part to have sex with you. Also he shouldn't, because you be 14 and that's much too young.
Personal opinon.
