I wouldn't personally, because I suck with long distance crap. But some people are cool with it. I don't know about age - maturity is important.

>_> id rather be alone than have an E-girlfriend (though strangely enough I do have an E-wife but thats just a joke with a girl)
id never take such a thing serious...and what about hugs and kisses and you know what...

No, I don't consider them to be real. How would you know that your 'Internet' boyfriend/girlfriend wasn't really some weirdo married with kids? People can say anything on the internet and it doesn't have to be true. So honestly, I would personally never go for that.

It depends I guess.

I know a lot of my guy friends have met girls through Myspace but they end up meeting them in real life just to hang out; but the relationship is in person but they met through the internet.

I know someone who did meet her husband through the internet and he lived on the other side of the country. They're still married. I also know another girl who met her husband through the internet and he lived in Canada and they've been married for 8 years.

I don't mind long distance at all but I don't want to have an "internet" relationship. No thanks!

I wouldn't
I need the person to be close to me and there for me when things go wrong
so I can leave and not run to the computer
also, I'm really suckish with relationships so I definately would not do it over the internet
but if other people like it, go them
like my sister does that stuff, but I try not to get involved

I wouldnt mind meeting the person online, but I would really prefer them to be in the same city.

And since everyone forgot you second part I dunno? I personally think 17/18...

Jimahl - yeah sometimes the crazy auto sorting system does that, I fixed it...

Nope...to me its too risky...people can get fooled easily...there are lots of predators out there so the internet is definitely not an option for me...
