There has been nothing proven to increase your height (unless you are a small person and they have amazing ways to break and lengthen bones) Height is genetic and when body has stopped growing this will be your height. You can purchase shoes that will increase your height up to a few inches. But instead of spending a lot of money on shoes, spend the time learning to be happy with who you are.
