Workouts to lose inches in arms?

This is kind of a stupid question, becuase there's tons of obvious answeres, but what are really effective workouts to get rid of inches on my arms?

yeah agreed, if you try arm circles it might help a little more than just normal cardio because it will firm up your muscle too.
