Should certain words get people banned from the airwaves?

After Imus ejection from the airwaves for indecent language, should anyone who puts out N____r, H_e, F__k, B___h language, also be banned from the airwaves (TV and Radio) ?

Imus was on a nationally syndicated radio show backed by hundreds of corporate sponsors. The problem with his language was the ramifications it had on business for the station he worked for. That is the reason why a lot of "shock jocks" are always finding new jobs at other stations. If you offend too many people, then sure you will get listeners, but what do you sell the listeners to keep the bills paid? Hearing a white guy with an accent like Imus using the word "nappy" just sounds completely offensive. This was not a story about indecent language. This was a story about crossing lines of offending an entire gender and race while being sponsored by family friendly companies that didn't want to be associated with the fallout. Freedom of speech is protected. His sponsorship was not.
