I know that sometimes I get sad but I try to do things to get my mind off of being sad. things that I like or like to do...exersice, listen to music, writing poetry, and talking to family or friends, reading a book are all good things but if you tried those and still feel that you can't shake it off then maybe its more serious. oh and eat good food fruits, healthy stuff, cut back on candy, soft drinks with lots of caffine might also help.

Can anyone cheer me up?
Im kinda sad and I dont know why can any one cheer me up? Like my life is better than others but still I feel sad right now. Any cheering up words? Please! I hate being sad!? Well I usually am but w/e
