What would you do with a million dollars?

What would you do with a million dollars? I always thought I wanted to be rich but I have learned through the years I just want to be comfortable. I really would love to be able to make a difference is someone's life

Well, with one half I would:

1. Buy a house
2. Buy a car
3. Buy a boat
4. Live comfotably with what I had left of that $500,000

With the other half I would

1. Donate $50,000 to various charities
2. Get my family members gifts with $50,000
3. Put the other $400,000 in investments for retirement, such as a ROTH IRA

I would still work, but there would not be so much pressure for me to make money then and I could focus on doing something I loved, not just something that would pay the bills!

Invest it to make more millions.

I'd pay off my student loan ad find a nice little townhouse to buy. The rest I'd put in a high interest account and spend my life doing my artwork, not worrying if I made $20 or $20,000.

I would use just enough to live comfortably. (pay off student loans, buy a little house, help family members)

The rest I would save - the interest alone could be a constant source of funding for many charities!
