Ideas on how to word a self appraisal paper for speech?

strengths and weaknesses, plans, and to improve as an effective communicator. then she has the thesis statement as: awareness of self and the ability to share meaning through messages may be learned and aproved apond.
Also, we have to define interpersonal communication, and give examples, plans for improving, and, strengths and weaknesses. We need to define small group communication the same goes for the first one give examples, plans to improve, and strengths and weaknesses. And, this goes for public speaking. Then, I have to come up with a conclusion.
I need help laying this out since this is three to four pages. Since I've been having problems with my computer, she is letting me take my time. I hate writing and, I don't want my grade to be worse then what it already is. I want this paper to be perfect. So, I would appreciate some ideas as how to write this paper.

Use 1/2 page for the introduction.

Then 1 page for the purpose statement (strengths/weakenesses)
then 1 page for the thesis
1 page for all those definitions
1/2 page for conclusion.

That's 4 pages.
