I would like know that how some of sashimi taste like...especially, bonito,kanpachi, hamachi, hirame, iwash(sordine) , sanma(pike eel), Aji( markerl), ango

Not much in the way of an answer, except that you have to really taste it.

In my experience, Sushi is great, and I certainly had my share of it in my salad days. Some people hate it and have not even tasted it, simply because its raw.
