I would suggest running, not just small distances, to really do some work, for your size run maybe 1 mile, if you start to lose keep going. I try to run 5 miles a day, but that's just me, you can work your way up to that, and keep it that way. It healthier, stick with dancing and you'll be fine!
I agree with the two girls above me. 50 pounds just won't come off in a month, in a healthy way. I'm 14 and weigh125, right where I'm supposed to be. you need to eat smaller, more frequent, healthier meals. about 5 a day. breakfast lunch dinner. and two snack meals. eat like a pregnant woman would, and learn yoga and pilates. you Do need to jogg. and situps, and push ups too. you need to stimulate your muscles. maybe you shold have a goal of maybe 8 pounds in a month. that's a healthy goal. tell me how it goes
there are these pills name subitamina they make you lose at lease 40 pounds in one month it is not healthy but you will reach your goal! my sister did it and she lost 60 pounds she exersice for 2 hours drunk a lot of water and eat a little she felt sick but she said it was worth it!

well I am 15 and I weighed 205 but over the last few months I lost about 15 pounds and I feel better I want to lose more weight but I don't know how I lost the first few in a month cause I lost it by just going along with life only ate a little a day diet soda it works just be careful I didnt eat for a few days straight DONT DO THAT I hurt myself that way!
