You are still growing so some weight gain is to be expected. But as far as losing weight goes, the only healthy way is the old fashioned limit-calories-and/or-exercise. Sorry.
Find something fun to do for the burning calories part. Go walking/hiking alone or with a friend. Take up dance. Join a group doing anything active. Walk your dog. Walk other peoples' dogs (and maybe get paid for it). Online chatting is great for socializing, but terrible for weight loss.

Thank you both very much. The hard part for me is being in a wheelchair it is hard to get an exercise routine. Yeah, but for awhile I was underweight and gained like 95. I need to loose weight because the doctors kept telling me I needed to gain it back and now it is TOO much. I just didnt know if there was a fast way. Haha



How can I safely lose weight?

I was wondering... What is the best way to loose weight. I want to do it safely and not loose too much. I used to weigh like 98. I want to be like 100-105. Can anyone help me. I am sure I weight close to 120-130.
