I want a puppy

my names miranda and im turning 14 soon. I told my mom I wanted a dog and the first thing she said is No Way! I know im to young to get a job and im more then willing to do everything for the puppy. but she still wont give. helpp

me & my sister got a puppy each about a year ago, and before then we wouldn't shut up about wanting one! and because we bugged our parents so much, they somehow got sucked into getting 2 puppys, for the family! LOL when our intentions were to just get one!.. haha

our's are called 'cookie' and 'coco' because they look like theire names..

They are really hard to take care of, Vet bills, food,toys, cleaning up after them and its more expensive than you think, Shots,heart worms, wormer! Accidents happens and just like humans they get ill, need to see a doctor so they dont pass away!

I just got a new puppy on sunday, and my advice is to show responsibilty. if you have any other pets, take on ALL responsibilites for them that you possibly can. also, look for puppies being sold for free online, this may convince your mom because the actual puppy wont be as expensive, plus, you know you are not getting the puppy from a credible person who isnt in it for the money. if you cant get her to cave, see if you can compromise and get a grown dog that is already housetrained and stuff. that might convince her because she wont have to worry about housebreaking. and if your birtday is coming up, save up all of your birthday money to buy stuff for the dog, like a leash, collar, crate, food, bowls, and toys. if you show how dedicated you are, it might help ease some of her worries.

Well happy pre b day to ya! Mine is September 6th. Comin up soon! anyway my mom says da same to me. Does your mom like dogs? Mine doesn't. My mom is like no no no your not gettin a puppy! So maybe you can write a paper or do some real hard convincing thinking or reason with her. You neva know parents. They say no but there is always the chance they may change their mind.
