so your suppose ta get on all four an den lift one leg and put it back down an repeat diz fer a while an den switch legz.

Eating crappy food isn't the healthy way to go about anything. Not only will you have a GROSS-looking big butt, but your entire body will become fatty. How old are you? If you're young then you still have growing to do. Changing your body that drastically WILL make you look out of proportion. Having a smaller butt is just how you are!! It's the way you were born, you can't really change it.

To increase the size of your butt, which is mostly composed of muscle mass with some overlying fat (I'm assuming you want it to be big & shapely not just big & jiggly and nasty looking) you want to increase the muscle mass.

To do this you must do two activities:

One: increase your intake of protein--which will increase all muscle mass in your body but specifically target those muscles in your body that are signalling for need of further growth
(red meat/chicken/lentils/protein shakes/supplemental protein nutrition)

Two: Do specific exercises most imp using a stepper which you would do certain reps increasing both reps & stepping height over day amongst other exercises.

Basically you want to do exercises that target your gluteal muscles (the muscles that make up your butt)

This will allow your muscles to signal your body to get the lions share of protein you are supplementally increasing and make sure you dont get big all over or anything.

Also, another overall easy way to make an excellent lower body over all (incl great butt) is to get into regular swimming (not wading in the kiddie pool).

Why don't you try power walking, jumping rope, swimming, jogging and maybe kick boxing. That should make your bum bigger because it'll be muscular
