Umm.. there is always time to excersise. You know when you are sitting on the couch watching tv.. well you could be in the floor doing sit ups or push ups while watching tv. (believe me I do it all the time hun) And also right before you go to bed you could do some exersises then too. And if you dont feel like doing that. well your not going to have a flat tummy so maybe you should try liposuction like then person above me said.
The foundations to a healthy diet regimen are:
1)healthy eating habits
2) daily exercise of at least 30 minutes.
It is not healthy to lose weight quickly because generally the weight is gained back double or triple. One needs to follow a safe, sensible weight loss and exercise plan to lose weight and to keep it off.
The way to a flat stomach is exercise (situps - this is free) or
liposuction ( which is major surgery that comes with risks and costs big bucks!)

How to get a flat tummy?
I start school aug 28th
and I want to lose weight really quickly.
I don't have time to excersise or anything.
so what can I do?
