flirting with guys doesn't mean they will ask you out
in most cases if they do it might be a good idea to see what he's actually like, they don't just date you because you flirt, most guys I know just ask them out because there cute.
but a real relationship would take the time and sit down with eachother and find out how much they are alike

look, I'm a dude. and well, it doesn't matter to me if the girl flirts or not, I always want to know them better. so I would try making friends with a guy or something, learning him better, then tell one of his friends you like him. say something like please don't tell him I like him. because he will tell his friend, his friend, if he likes you, will either ask you out, or he'll ask you if it's true.
trust me, the better you know him, the better it is for you. try to like drop your stuff going down a hallway or something, and see who helps you pick it up. drop it near a guy you like maybe, and that's always a great way to meet someone.

oh hon!! flirting with a guy dosen't nessassarly make him like you or want to go out with you! honestly, all you need to do is just be yourself! and treat them as you'd treat your friends! be sweet and friendly, chatting with them at recess, during lunch, msn... ect. get to know them! and stick to being friends first!
