ok I weigh about 140 and I like my body but I hate my stamoch so much!
like ok I already knoe im fat but im in p.e. I run a mile everyday! I do sit ups and push-ups for a minute each day (once a day) but I was just wondering how long do I have to do...

this for me to get skinney! "like ok 1 day this girl was like you look pregnant I was like I know" and I went to the bathroom and started cryng! but please help me out! like what will I have to do to lose weight???

um.. run a lot, try rinning 2 or 3 miles... sit ups are drefinally better then pushups to get rid of belly fat.. if you keep doing it everyday for the next couple months, YOU WILL See a change

Hi :-)

First off with the excercise:

To get ANY effect from sit ups and push ups you have to do them for at least half an hour, or do them until your stomach starts to feel like its burning, then do them two minutes more. Start doing that.

Go for 30 minute - hour long walks each day.

Don't skip meals.

Now you have the excercise sorted, you need to start eating healthily.

You probably werent before, so here we go:

Breakfast - Two weatabix with semi-skimmed milk, fruit on top maybe, if you like.

Lunch - Sandwich with cheese and salad, and two pieces of fruit.

Dinner - Salads.. I'm not sure but you could look up some great recipies and give them to your mum to make you, or make them yourself if you're old enough.

Snacks -
Fruit, cereal bars and veggies!

Yep, you could run for 30 mins, then stop for 10 mins, then start again if thats what you like. If you feel up to it, run for 30 mins instead of walk.

And if it starts to burn after around a minute, then I would do it about 5 mins more,
from walking/running for an hour thats great excercise for the day.

Your BMI comes up to:
25.6

Which is just above what you should be

BMI Categories:

Underweight = <18.5
Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
Overweight = 25-29.9
Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater

Do all the advice,
and you should get the body you want.

The most important thing is to get a good nights sleep!
Make sure your getting at least eight hours. You're less likely to be tired, and then have more energy, then you'll be more likely to have a positive attitude - healthier eating, more excercise, which obviously leads to more weight coming off! ^__^

You say you get bad cramps on your period,
well take it easy.
You don't want to push yourself too far,
I'd relax, maybe just go for a gentle walk for 10 minutes.
Or walk home from school, or even walking to the shop to get a drink or some fruit - something like that will help.

Another thing that helps to lose weight is to always eat a good breakfast. That helps to jump start your metabolism which helps start burning calories. Also, try to drink 8 eight ounce glasses of water every day. One before every meal (except breakfast) and before all snacks. That helps curb your appetite which helps reduce caloric intake.
