Move fast when you have to, conserve energy when you can, and hit hard.

You have to strengthen your stamina to stand long in every fight.. take a long or run or jogging every early morning or every practice... Discipline yourself, avoid cigarettes or other bad habits.

You are going to have to do a lot of running, pushups, situps, jump rope etc...
Physical conditioning is huge.
Also try looking for a local amature boxing club to join, and well work up from there.
