How can I stop my bulimia?

throw up. but when he's not I do throw up because it's such a habit for me. I NEED HELP AND I NEED HELP NOW. PLEASE.

this is exactly my story. I was bulimic for 3 years and the only way I was saved was rehab. it's the only way. no1 can convince you to stop, because its such a habit right. tell someone like your school nurse if you are too scared to tell your mum first.they might be able to help you in some other way also.fun mail me if you need any other advice.x

think of this hun you either get help in rehab or you end up in a hospital with a tube permanatly attachd to you, you are not the only one who is going through this take a look at this girl. tell your nurse && mum and get them to both help you because you're going to need all the help you can get o I wish you the best hun.
