I really want a boyfriend

I don't want to sound desperate or anything...but everyone else looks so happy with their boyfriends and girlfriends. I like a lad but then he ends up with going out with some randomer. It feels like nobody will like me in the way I want someone to....

Please can someone give me some advice as to what to do???

I can remember praying for god to send me a boyfriend... truth is the best relationships blossom when you are not expecting them. just be friends with as many people as possible, and when you are least expecting it... BAM... it'll happen.

I've been single for years. it sucks, but it happens. I think my problem is I dont go out often enough (usualy one or twice a week) Or Im just plain ugly...not sure

I know how you feel too... I mean at first I was happy being single, but once all your girlfriends are staying in with their man it kinda sucks, but I don't know I just started opening up, talking to people and not analyzing everything. I've met a few great guys and actually started seeing one of them on a regular basis. Well anyways my advice meet, meet, meet... the more people you know the more dates, and eventually a boyfriend.
