Well if you really can't make yourself sick, don't you think your body is trying to tell you something? You obviously have a strong white blood cell system, which helps fight bacteria that can get you sick. But like most of them already said, if you are trying to loose weight or anything along those lines, starving yourself or throwing up afterwards only stresses you out more. Which, in the end, can make you gain weight, due to stress.
But getting sick? Why?
