It it possible to be friends with your ex?

is it ok for a couple that has broken up to still be friends I really dont want to get back with him so should I just leave him alone because being in a realationship drives me crazy like sad but he doesnt cheat on me but I dont get too see him often or...

give me some ways that I can still be his friend because he a pretty cool person to talk too but I dont want him too think that I want to get back with him I hate too mislead people

OK...sounds like you're not ready to be in a relationship...thats ok be honest with him. Tell him, hey I think you're great (name some thing you like about him like: your easy to talk to, I know your there for me if I need someone, you make me laugh...and so on) But I have discovered Im not ready to be tied down in a relationship "With Anyone" at this time for Im not able to give all of myself nor am I ready to spend so much time with one person. I have many friends and I feel I don't get to spend enough time with them all and maintain a good realationship at the same time...sorry im just not ready. I hope you understand if I was ready...it would be you because you treat me right...I trust you...but for now, I would like to just be your friend and not your girlfriend. Do you understand?

Ok so you get the drift...no need to cut him out of your life and if you are honest about realationships making you crazy then its ok, your not ready and you just need to tell him.

It is possible to be friends with your ex, only because you are the one that broke up. I think if he would have, I dont think you could be friends, because you would still be emotionally tied to him. Being that you broke up, he probably hasnt had time to deal with his feelings for you yet. Let him decide if he still wants you in his life, but you have to be sure you dont mislead him in anyway!!

Tell him straight that there's no chance of you getting back together no matter what he feels for you ashe has hurt you and you dont want to go through that again and you will be notghing more than friends, but dont go to his house or call him up as you will give him the wrong idea
