Check your bored, make sure your barings and trucks aren't too tight. I always kept mine alittle lose but sterdy. And just practice! I skated for 3 years, then quit. I haven't skated in about a year now, and I can barely do anything I could before. So I just don't do it anymore. But just practice. Make sure you don't need a new board or anything .
practice, practice, practice
if you practice a lot you should get it withing a months time
now
make sure to pop the board
when you feel the board comming up, lift your feet and knees up
and bring it up with you
also slide your front foot, dont drag
and while you slide it make sure to lift your back foot after you pop it to even the board out
most important thing though is
lift your knees up and practice heaps
