How to let him know that I still love him?

I have a boyfriend for about a year now and I love him to death, but he recently was in a horrible motorcycle accident and had to get his foot removed. every scene then he don't think I care about him, even though I stayed both weeks (over night and all)...

next to his bed in the hospital,,,I never once left him, I still have sex with him and I always tell him I love him but he dosn't seem to understand...sometimes I think that he wants me not to love him anymore...ahhh I need some guys advice,,,what do you love most about your girlfriends? how do you KNOW they love you???

Your boyfriend has gone through a very traumatic experience and he's obviously doubting his mortality because of it. It may seem he's trying to push you away, thinking that you can do better.

Have patience. It will take him a long time to deal with the accident, and he is going to need you to stay strong through it all.

The best way to prove your love to him is by not giving up on him - it's called "tough love".

Losing a limb is something that can be really difficult to accept and deal with. He probably needs time to understand how he feels abut this new turn in life. He probably knows you love him but needs time to learn to love himself. He probably feels handicapped and not very handsome right now and this is why he pushes you away. You remind him of what he was before the accident and since he has a hard time accepting what he looks like after the accident (ex.: crutches, can't run or walk right) he probably thinks you can't or shouldn't either. You need to give him time and help him deal with his new life and all the feelings he is having (ex.:anger, loss, sadness). You just need to be true to him like you always were and hopefully in time he'll learn to feel ok about what happened and understand why we love him just the way he is.
