I really really need to lose weight. I work out and eat pretty healthy. How can I lose weight faster? My boyfriend says I look fine, but I really want to lose about 20 pounds. Any ideas?

Listen to your boyfriend. It becomes a little annoying after a while when a thin girl insists that she's fat.
