First off you do not 'need' sex when your at the age of 13. Don't give it away to the first guy you are crazy for.
Second if your asking people if your ready to have sex, than your most likely not ready because you are doubting yourself.
Thirdly ok so you can't even ask the guy out and he knows you like him? To me it sounds like he doesn't like you because if he knew you liked him, than he would ask you out or something.
