I do the same thing but I stay up until 4:00 or later, watching T.V. or on the Internet or both. I've also been thinking that I'm going to have to do something.
I think that I'm going to try backing it up but 30 minutes at a time. Maybe do that for a few nights, then go for another 30 until I get to where I want to be. Ideally it would be 12:00 but, I think I'll shoot for 2:00 for now.
Another thing that will help is to set my T.V. to play music 30 minutes from when I lay down because I have to go to sleep watching (or listening) to the T.V. I'm addicted to it.
This doesn't help with getting to bed earlier but I get a better nights sleep listening to calming music (no nightmares).
Could you do this?
Iam not sure...I have your same problemss...but my doctor gave me medicine to sleep I took then for three days everynight at like 8 and I was asleep by 9:30...and after thoses three days...I got to were I could fall asleep at 9:30 everynight..cause I took the pills to help me and then I stoped but my body was used to themm...



I need to get on a better sleep schedule..
well I usually go to be d at 2 or 3, sometiems later. aand...thats going to really get to me ocne school starts. so is there any way I could somehow work back to a normal sleep pattern? I always tell myself ok im going to go to bed at ___time tonight....
then im either on xbox saying just 1 mroe game, just 1 more game. or playing wow. Any ideas on how I could get myself to go to bed earlier? Thx
