What do you think looks best on you? That's what really matters, is what you think. Everyone can say their own opinion but it's not yours.

But since you asked...
I'd go for the jeans...Jeans are very stylish. The right jeans look great on guys. I've never been a fan of shorts on boys/men.

if they're shorts they need to be longish. like down to your knees, and then put a tshirt or a shirt with a collar (not a polo, a nice one) with it. otherwise, put jeans and a t-shirt,
that's the best look
