Does chocolate and acne linked?
I have very sensitive skin, but when I eat chocolate I dont break out but my friends do,

Some people say chocolate does not make you break out, but I think it varies from person to person.

What do you think?

well I saw a show on television that stated it's been scientifically proven that chocolate does NOT make you break out with acne. apparently it's just an old wives tail. I know that when I eat chocolate, I don't break out.

No, the cause of acne is hereditary and genetic. keeping the pores unclogged can help with a break out but unfortunately if family has acne you are more like to as well.

Some people say it does some people say it doesnt I dont know why lol

but put it this way if you can eat it and you arent breaking out your all good to go

I eat a bit of chocolate everyday and have never gotten acne from it. However, everybody has different body chemistry, so it might be the reason that your friends break out from it. Sugary sodas really make me break out.

its not from chocolate darl its more to do with hormones and family genetics. it will go. your still a cutie pie but I am bias arnt I lol
