Foot is hurt and swollen what could be the reason?

Ok well I was sitting down and then I was rubbing my foot and I found out that my foot is all swollen like and if I push hard enough I can make a dent in my foot and it stays there and my foot has been hurting laity and my because looked up what it...

could passably be and she said that it could be a heart failure lung failure or kidney failure so what I am wondering is if any one knows any other things it could be and if any one has had this before

It may be poor circulation.
Try elevating it,like laying on the couch with stacked pillows at the end,and put your foot there.That should circulate the blood better,and make it less swollen.Id also put ice on it.NOT a hard ice pack,those are hard and they can make it worse.If you dont have one of those squishy icepacks,take a bag of frozen veggies and lay them on your foot.its more comfy that way.

If you dont see improvement,Id see your doctor.

don't have ice or ice backs or veggies don't have a couch or enough pillows 2 do that either I'm not home and theres like nothing here

Keep looking on the computer until the word cancer comes up, freak out, then have someone tell you that you don't have cancer and that it really is probably nothing to worry about. That's what I usually do
No seriously though, looking up medical stuff on the computer is probably the worst thing you can do. I say if it's still the same in a couple of days, pay a visit to the doc. It probably is poor circulation. Or maybe you twisted it, or sprained it. Just keep an eye on it.
