well first of all, both of those answers are wrong. you cannot put eggs in an incubater, because they will heat up to quickly and die from the heat. and the mother bird will go to the eggs even if a humans oil has gotten on them. that fact is only true for WILD birds. beleive me, I should know.

What if my parakeet won't lay on her eggs?
I have 3 parakeets and they are all females. I had 2 parakeets but then my neighbor gaved me another parakeet a female. and she said that the parakeet will lay eggs. she gaved me the parakeet because her male died. and they mate and the female would lay...
6 eggs. well when she gaved it to me in a couple of months the parakeet layed an egg in the nesting box. but then 2 days after I found another egg on the bottom of the cage so I picked it up and put it in the nesting box with the other one. but the female wont sit on them what should I do? should I keep the eggs warm or what??? please help me
