How can we find a new sponsor for my boyfriend's video game team?

okay so my boyfriend is on a proffesional video game team and they travel and stuff.
well my boyfriend is the captain of the team (trust me he isn't a nerd he plays basketball & soccer & he's very popular)
& the sponsor just said hes not sponsoring his...

team anymore.
which means they have to pay for their plane tickets and their hotel rooms and stuff.
my boyfriend doesn't have all that money cause he has to pay for half his dads plane ticket
and thats like 400 for each ticket.

so if anyone can help.
send money.. get someone to sponsor his team.
let me know ASAP.

If I had me some connections, I would've helped out.

What I'd do:
Hold a car wash (asap) at a local gas station, corner lot, etc. Have all the people involved dress in swimwear...it'll make more people stop to get their car washed. Have the guys hold up signs on the corner, and offer the car wash for free.

Here's the catch: tell them it's free, BUT, while washing their car, tell them it's to raise money for the video game team, and that they can donate if they'd like. You'll make more money this way than if you charge for the car washes directly, and you'll get a lot more people wanting their cars washed.

Bonus tip:
Offer them lemonade (again, for free) while they wait...and take donations for that, too.

Other idea:
Talk to your local social group, church group, AA group, travel / business group, etc, etc, basically any larger organization that has a regular meeting. Pitch them on the idea of donations to the video game team.

No one is just going to give you money. Why dont you get a job and work for it. maybe then you would get a flatter belly HAHA.

how did their sponsor just drop them didnt they have some kind of contract or did it say in fine print that they can pull out when ever they wanted 2 find out about all the facts about their agreement
