Which pet should I get and how to convince my parents?

my last pet biscuit passed away a month ago and although I am really missing her I want another pet. I dont know what to get so my first question is what do you suggest I should get? I need a pet that isnt really hard to look after but not something like...

a fish because they are boring. My next question is what do I say to my parents to persaude them to let me have one because it took a year to persaude them last time and I am really in need of one because I feel lost without one.

IMHO, you can't beat the love of a dog - no matter how terrible your day or how much you messed things up, that 'waggin' tail and smiling eyes are there to greet you EVERY time...ask now, your Birthday, Christmas, but keep asking...I wish you the best !!

There is a type of dog called a schnoodle (part schnauzer part poodle). They are very sweet and don't shed.

Ask for something like a turtle, or a hampster. Something that your parents wouldnt feel too grossed out about. and dont get a bird, either, because they can be VERY loud.

But I strongly suggest a hampster.
