im going on holiday in septemer, and I work mon-fri 8am til 6pm and I dont feel like going the gym after work, so is there anything I can do to tone my tights up an loose some weight? as im going away in september an dont want to look like a strandard...

I would eat less and do those wall sit things...While you're watching TV or reading a book, just sit with your back against the wall. It's quite painful, quite painful indeed, but it helps build your thighs. Oh yes. Oh yes. I stopped eating McDonalds every day and lost about 65 pounds.
