Crickets, meal worms are good to start with. depending on the type of lizard you have, you willneed to add certain things to the diet. All lizards have different needs. Call your local pet store and have them explain to you what your type needs.

Crickets! They alawys work my mom is a vet and works with lizards all the time plus I have 5 lizards of my own so you can trust me but if you dont thats fine but my mom has 50 lizzards
