My girlfreind has a simmilar problem. Everytime she needs to get something off of her chest she sets me down and we talk it out because she knows that I will not be disloyal to her and im very good at keeping people in a positive note witch is why im going to school to be a counciler. So I know it would be weird but you can always feel free to talk things out with me.

everyone talks to me about their problems. but if you dont feel comfortable about that then maybe you need to keep a journal or sumthing. I let all my problems out in a creative way like peoms or paintings or sumthing like that.

You could talk to a school counselor. I also know that there are many people on funadvice willing to listen to problems and try to help people through them. Good luck, If you need to talk, I'm willing to listen.

I have been in yours shoes all my life, I never had anyone that I could go to just to talk, then alittle over a year ago, I met the greatest friend I could ever had and I finally got to vent. Its not good to keep everything bundled up inside trust me I know! The more it builds up the more depressed and angry you get. Keeping a journal does help to get everything off your chest but its better to talk to someone to have them for moral support and give advice if you want it. Even if it comes down to talking to someone you dont know like a pen pal. I've learned that talking to someone is good and sometimes you have to talk to the person that its about, like in your case your parents. I know talking to your parents isnt easy but at least you will feel better in the end and who knows maybe something good will come out of it!
