dont listen to camdufour, they will find out when the first report card comes, or the guidance councelor may want you parents to approve the request. also, when they see that you dont have all of the extra homework that this class will give you, they will get suspicious. I suggest that you sit down and talk with them about why they want you to take the class and why you dont want to. try to compromise and dont whine. if you handle this like an adult, they will treat you like one and maybe they will let you drop the class.

my grandparents and mom want me to take advanced drama and english, and I just dont have the time or energy for that. I told them I would consider advanced drama but thats it. dont let them push you into it, you'll regret it..

My dad is the same way. He's all like push yourself so you can get into a good college and get a scholarship. he tried to get me into two different private schools which are like wicked advanced, which scared me. I know what you are going through. Is the reason you dont want to take A.S. because you think it will be WAY to hard for you? I'll get bac 2 you on the actual question.

hahaha dont even tell them and just talk to your guidence counselor and have him/her change the class that you are in!
