How to get help for my cutting?

hi my name is shirley and I cut my wrist. I've been doing for a year now and I cant stop. I need help but I dont want my parents to find out. my school councler will call home if I told her but can someone please help me.

ask your self: WHy do I cut??... im sure you wont find a reason good enough to continue with your cutting...

don't worry my best is the same way and we got her to stop now really do ask your self is it really gona do anything or is ti all I nmy head 2nd ask your self do you really got a good reason for doing it and would it hurt your mom and dad if they new and if all these are a yes then think why would I want to hurt all my friends family and if you got a b/f him b/c if you ever hurt your self so bad that you have to go to the well, you get my point it aint even even close to worth it so just think when you want to do it is it really worth all that or not and if you ever need any one to talk to just fun mail me and I will try to talk to you if I am on ok

ps. I've been there before and I stoped b/c I got pregnant and they was gona take my baby if I didn't and now I'm about to have a baby in about 4 months and I'm gona be able to spend all the time in the world with it b/c I stoped so don't worry I'm here

talk to a youth leader from a local church, you might not be into the whole church thing, but trust me if they are cool, than they won't pressure you into anything and you will be able to get help, the youth leader also will NOT go behind your back and tell your parents without you asking them too. While some people can stop on their own, most people cant. And the reason is the cutting is not the actual problem... It's a symptom of something bigger. Obviously there's a reason you're cutting, and you need to try and fix that. If you're depressed, or something has happened, you need to deal with that and figure out other coping methods.
