You need to see a doctor. There are a number of conditions that can cause daytime sleepiness. Narcolepsy and sleep apnea are examples.

Once you have a diagnosis your doctor can tell you your treatment options.

I don't think you should see a doctor because that is normal. When you are an adolescent, you are always sleepy. trust me.

you should see a dr, cause you shouldn't be that tired.
I used to take caffiene pills a lot and I never had any problems.
heart attacks are rare and prob' if you have medical prob's that contribute to the caffiene effects.

If you are constantly drowsy and falling asleep, then you probably aren't getting enough rest while you sleep. As Fillet said, there are a few things that could cause this and it's best to talk to a doctor to make sure it's not serious. Even if you do have a sleep disorder, they can be treated. I once had narcolepsy as a reaction to Celexa so I know how frustrating it can be.

Please do not take caffiene pills, they caused me to have heart palpatations. The doc said I was very close to having a heart attack. If you are sleeping 7 or 8 hours a night then you should see a doc for causes and also one of the symptoms of depression is sleeping a lot. So you may want to look at that also.
