How can I stop thinking about him?

Alright - to make a long story short...

In a way,I like this guy
We were "Friends With Benefits"
He,apparently used me
I got upset
For a while,he's been my weakness,and I can't get over him
I consider him a total perv at times because all he wants is to...

have sex with me
Most of my friends can't stand him
In some ways,he gives me signs that he likes me,but he says he doesn't want to go out with me
I've had a couple of dreams about him lately
I don't know why

(Believe me - I don't want anything more than to get over him,and I've been told this multiple times.)

How can I get over him?Yes,I know he's not worth it,and that I should get over him.

You stop taking his calls, and contacting him, becos when he calls you, you'll go see him and then he will charm you and you'll end up sleeping with him, and then he wont call till he wants it again. Break the habit...you are no sex toy! stop contacting him and the more time you dont see or speak to him the easier it is to start getting over him. And give you more time to try find someone else who wants a relationship, but this guy is only bringing you down. You need to let it go and start letting him go, becos he will keep calling...its up to you whether to answer!

Agree with locoluna - cut him out of your life. Best thing for you, since you like this guy 'in a way'. Its only natural to dream about him, it happens, but doesn't necessarily mean anything. Since he only wants to have sex with you and not have a relationship with you, you are best to get rid of him - he sounds like bad news if you ask me.

I have been in this same situation before and I know exaclty what you are going through! It is tough but you have to stop talking to him! and seeing him! It isn't easy but in time you will be glad that you did it trust me!

The only thing I can say is do not talk to him, look at him, smile at him, do not show him any notice at all. Hang out with your friends, see a movie, read books, do anything to keep your mind off him. I've been through this many times before, and can honestly say these things won't completely erradicate him from your mind, but they will help immensely.

He is worthless and does NOT deserve you in the slightest. Guys who will only contact you for sex or only talk dirty to you are not worth anything.

It will take time to get over him, just like it takes time to get over losing anything, whether good or bad. Use your hobbies to immerse yourself in other things.

For the dreams: they don't mean anything, or most likely don't mean anything. Obviously, you haven't said anything about the dreams, so I can't interpret them or help to interpret them, but usually dreams about someone doesn't mean you still want to be with that person. It is natural to dream about someone you're not in to anymore, and that goes for exes, deceased people, ex friends, etc.

miranda92 is relli right I needed to take my mind off this one guy so I hung out wit someone else. the prob is you want to stop likin him I just needed to take my mind off him and hangin out wit my fren was so cool and plus he just got dumped so he needed a distraction to and to b honest it relli worked you should try it and dont get hooked to yr 'distraction'it may b rocky

Just find a new guy. If you find a new guy that you really like. It's almost sure you can get over this other guy. Don't be rude to him either. If you are rude to him than it's just a sure sign that you hate him but I don't think you do. Look get back to me if you need any more!
