I can't get over my ex boyfriend

it. His girlfriend keeps telling people that she is scared I'm going to take him from her and that he keeps saying he doesn't like me, then she starts freaking again. I've dated people, gone on dates, hung out with friends, everything! I can't seem to get over him. I have tried everything in the book, nothing works. I've gotten rid of his stuff and everything, but.. that didn't work either. HELP PLEASE!!!

I don't know if its the same situation for yo, but I was in a simila one. I kept moping over my ex thinking that I just couldnt let him go. but I found that it was really that I didnt want to forget him..I wanted something to remember him by...so hes always there. hun can I ask if you and your ex have a close relationship as friends?
