I'm not really sure.
Yeah, we could give you ideas, but I honestly don't think they would work. I would love to not obsess about my appearance to, but with the society we are in, its so hard. It may be easy for some people, but I don't know how they do it. You see a gorgeous person on T.V or something and its like "Wow, I'd love to try that hairstyle" or whatever it is you like about them. Then it just continues on like that. I'm always looking in the mirror to see how I look, feels like I'm never good enough though.
I got the same problem!!! I just think to myself "Why do I care so much about how I look, when really no one else cares exactly how you look. If your hair is a little frizzy, if your wearing the latest style or not, and so on..." No one is perfect and its ok to not look perfect like the girls in those magazines. Just try to forget HOW you look, and focus on other things.

How to be less obsessed with my appearance?
what can a I do to be less obssed with this!?
