I would wait for him to ask me because I have a lot of guy friends and they say it's a turn off when a girl asked them out cause they seem desperate. Also I wouldn't ask a guy out unless I knew it would be a yes for sure and esspeshally not when there has been summer between us. What if he has a girlfriend? So just become friends with him and only time will tell if you truly like him or if he likes you at all.
