I smoked some marijauana last night for the first time in 4 1/2 years. Now I am completely trippin out cause I'm afraid that I will get pulled for a drug test at work. How long would it take for it to be flushed through my system. And does anyone know...

what I could do to make it get out of the system faster?

First of all, it is illegal. People can call the police if they found it. If you get caught, take it as a lesson.

drink a lot of water. but not too much or your creatinine levels will be all weird and then they'd know. but still drink a good amount of water. If you want to have drug free urine take QUICK CAPS herbal clean. which is intended to be taken on the day you desire to be clean. but dont drink a lot of water after taking herbal clean. yeah. o and apparently excersizing helps.
